WhenTho is a free group scheduling tool with no sign-up. You pick some candidate days, share one link, and everyone drags over the hours they're free. The times that work for the whole group fill in as people answer.

How it works

1. Create an event. Name it, choose the days worth considering, done. No account.
2. Send the link. Paste it in whatever group chat you already use.
3. Watch the overlap appear. Everyone marks their availability and the best slots surface on their own. Lock one in when you're ready.

Why no accounts

Most scheduling tools are built for booking meetings with strangers, so they want a login and access to your calendar. This one is built for the other problem: six people who already know each other trying to pick a Thursday. Nobody should have to sign up for that.

What people use it for

Recurring D&D and tabletop sessions, golf rounds, neighborhood get-togethers, band practice, family visits — anything where the hard part isn't the booking, it's getting a straight answer out of five people.

What it costs
